It can work like that when you’re teen or young adult with raging hormones who has never gotten any kind of attention from women before

Everyone doesn't have to try drugs, alcohol, cigarettes etc to know that those are addictive substances or at the least have the potential to be addictive. To definitely say porn isn't addictive or has no potential to be addictive is just idiculous to me
everybody has their thing. I can drink without getting hooked cuz drink isn't really my thing. Don't care about gambling or video games either. Them dudes could be addicted to junk food or got horrible spending habits.
-I was referring to the implication that this involves some sort of common sense & experience. Addiction that doesn't alter you physically is case by case.
-I agree. The only addiction I've ever had was alcohol & that's because my body became physically dependent on it.
Simple test for addiction is can you walk away with no issues. ALOT of brehs online seem to have issues nowadays with that so I think its legit and as mentioned above there is wayyyyyyy too much money involved and I think the problem has been intentionally nerfed to keep the money rolling. This industry is something that legit help build the internet as a whole.. Too much money for them to limit as loong as possible.
The other day my guy told me he thinks "80% of women are cheaters, and doesn't believe he can find one because of that" and he's not realizing that 90% of the media he consumes is someway some how pornography.
Not surprising.. Algorithms got everybody in a chokehold, by design. Like mentioned in another thread these media sites basically hijack peoples dopamine. I can only imagine the dopamine spikes these guys basically get drunk on by watching porn. Then if you do it habitually you need to watch more to get the same high or watch crazier shyt?
That is a dangerous downward spiral as I am sure most dont realize what they are doing consciously
