Jesus, that's scary, only positive I can see from this is real estate crashing and rent prices going down to what they're really worth.
Those carrying the debt for those properties would be in big trouble though.

Fam I’m dead ass, no one is buying anything now.. wait until the first quarter numbers come out and you will see how the auto industry sales in the tank.. at the end of this year dealers going to be scrambling to get rid of that inventory.. Dealers need you more than you need them now..My apologies if this is off topic.
You think so, breh? I've been interested in buying a 4Runner or a Durango. I got two perfectly good vehicles now, but I'd want a three row vehicle because of my third child on the way. I've been holding off because I really do not want a high ass car note. 730 credit score, and my career is "essential".
Is that how it usually works? Say the economy tanks, and no one is going to dealerships to buy new vehicles. Would they really drop a sticker price/MSRP of $45k down to $35k or less? I never bought a brand new vehicle from a dealership, that's why I'm asking. If that's the case, I'm going to hold off until the market drops a bit more.
And all the money we are saving up will be spent soon as shyt gets open. This kinda misleading tho, until we know how this Corona stuff plays out. There will be another bailout, possible student loan cancellation etc
A good ton of people will be rehired once we’re outta lockdown.

Breh I'm going to ignore you and then I'm going to drag you negative all by my lonesome .
Enjoy

Guess I better hurry up and sell my house.

Elect trump brehs
I know one thing there will be plenty opportunity in the stock market, housing, auto loans you name it...
You want that nice car? Dealers going to be starving for that sale to the point you can run off with 10-15k off Msrp on a car even on a decent credit score (640-680)
shyt bout to get real but I will say an easy way to get a couple mill back to work immediately is if the gov start making and manufacturing all medical supplies here in the US.. and I’m talking about raw materials as well.. A whole entire industry from the movement of those goods to making and packaging etc will give you at least 2 mill jobs out the gate
