I totally skipped over this post.
Mine was kinda like this except I had it as
Millsap /Sefolosha for Ross, Patterson, Joseph and Cabolco and throw in a heavily protected first
Ainge would be out of his mind to pair milsap with horford again...like he didn't see what the cavs frontline did to them in back to back playoffs. Horford needs to play with a center

Utah would have to trade Favors or Lyles to do it. Millsap clearly didn't mind Utah but I think Utah would pursue depth as opposed to another starter.
Phoenix has the pieces, but I don't know if they pull the trigger. Probably something like Len /either Chriss or Bender /Knight for him
Orlando I don't see unless they're sure they could keep Millsap over Ibaka. I actually see Ibaka as someone in play for Atlanta assuming he doesn't re-up in Orlando.

Boston has the pieces, but not sure about the fit.
Sacramento: Gay/Cauley-Stein/Skal might get it done. You could put in Afflalo instead of Gay but then Atlanta has every right to ask for a future first.

Why would the Jazz trade Exum and Diaw for Milsap when they already have Derrick Favors starting? Why would the Suns trade Dragan Bender and Brandon Knight when Bender was their 4th overall pick, and he won't ever resign? It's a half year rental
Why would those two teams give up that high value potential for a half year rental?

Clearly, a couple future 1st pick and swaps is what I want from Sac.
WCS, Affalo and 2018 1st round draft pick and 2019 pick swap(Best) for Thabo and Millsap.
