I grew up in Chicago, for what reason would I need to visit New York? Same skyscrapers, same shytty weather, and worse traffic than Chicago.


People in NY are forced to take public transit because they literally can't drive to work

I wanna check out Los Angeles and San Francisco but just due to the lack of Black people in both places I would never live there....

The bay area is literally the most diverse group of cities/demographs in the entire world.


San Francisco, while the most known city in the bay area (for reasons even I cant explain) is only 900k population of the bay areas 8.7 million population. Its also a very small island. Its also super gentrified due to tech companies that basically took over the city.

you dont get much bay area culture from San Francisco but mostly from the cities outside of it, which have even higher black % population than NYC.

Think of San Francisco like a “meet up” spot when you and your friends in high school wanted to meet up at a certain grocery store parking lot. No one actually lives at the grocery store, but you see every one there on Friday or Saturday night 100 cars deep trying to find out where to go.
