Absolutely, but if attraction is all it takes then there should be no need to run game or pretend you're something you're not to smash, right?
That doesn't matter, people don't engage in sexual activity with those they deem unattractive, legitimate backstory or not.

if they do they are just as culpable

The dictionary also has a definition of rape which includes deception. Whether or not a person can charged with rape by deception doesn't change the textbook definition of rape. your retort here is basically "but that doesn't count"

The dictionary has multiple definitions of rape...and so does the Department of Justice.

My "retort" is that if somebody wants to take one word from one definition of it to hold it up as the be-all-end-all,
they better have a better explanation than what this broad has...

...and while we're at it, my question to you was: what particular kind of "energy" were you talking people keeping with regards to the definition of what rape supposedly is and whether or not trans people are rapists? There was some ambiguity there...

It's pretty clear, if people hold the opinion that a trans woman deceiving a straight man into sleeping with her by misrepresenting herself as a cis gender woman is rape, they should also hold the belief that deceiving women with the objective of sleeping with her is also rape.

When trans women are killed by straight men, nikkas on here have all the understanding in the world for the man who was deceived. "It shouldn't have been out here tricking nikkas" etc.

I'd argue it does, because the person might prefer risking pregnancy with a person of means instead of a janitor who's lying about being a lawyer
What you're describing is not a sexual preference, it's a relationship preference. And common sense says you shouldn't 'risk pregnancy' with someone you haven't already vetted out thoroughly.

With that said, I don't believe deceiving someone into believing you're a woman is rape either. I just think when you do that, you have to be ready for a potentially violent response from the person you're deceiving.

You can't vet out someone thoroughly if they're intentionally misleading you about who they are.

If you can't thoroughly vet out someone's occupation before you decide to have sexual relations with them even though (according to you) a man's occupation is important in your decision making process, you're either lazy, stupid or using 'deception' as an excuse for your sexual behavior.

It's pretty clear, if people hold the opinion that a trans woman deceiving a straight man into sleeping with her by misrepresenting herself as a cis gender woman is rape,

Do people hold this opinion, though?
I've never heard anyone say this.

I've heard people say that is trifling, scandalous, deplorable...but never heard anyone call it "rape"...

they should also hold the belief that deceiving women with the objective of sleeping with her is also rape.

so the question then becomes "what is deception?"

When trans women are killed by straight men, nikkas on here have all the understanding in the world for the man who was deceived. "It shouldn't have been out here tricking nikkas" etc.

See here's where you lost me...
I mean, if "nikkas on here" are cool with murder as a consequence of sex deception,
why do the comments from men in this very thread not call for the murder of women, despite the number of deceptions they employ that have been pointed out?

Each and every day ayomen are killing off the Metoo movement by saying ridiculous things like this.. Pretty soon no one will take the metoo movement seriously. I guess these feminists just want men to give them hand signals if they're attracted to tthem . Then again they would probably say that's sexual harrassment .I swear I sometimes wish Social media was never created for this extract reason.
