Because "they" want us to get Two Messages out of it:

01- In "their world" this is only as much as "we'll" allow so you either better be the best at it or get lost in the dirt...... literally.

02- IF "we" want better then We should do our own thing..... Literally thru Our own Entities that are set up by Our own people (including Africa if they wanna take that Leap, assuming they'll even discuss it).


And we'd literally have to do this asap without their help or concern. Literally.
