but kobe wins in the playoffs, as well...lebron doesnt even have a winning record in the finals. who cares about empty stats? kobe has 5, lebron has 2. kobe is 5-7 in the finals, lebron is 2-4. so no, it's not just regular season lol

Lebron and Kobe have played each other 19 times, Lebron's team has won 13 of those games with Lebron beating Kobe in scoring, rebounding, assists, field goal %, 3 point %, steals and blocks.

At age 28 when you compare their career stats, Lebron leads in every category across the board.

Lebron is #2 all time in the Player Efficiency Rating behind only Michael Jordan, Kobe Bryant isn't even in the top 10.

Lebron crushes Kobe in the win share statistic.

At age 28: Kobe 3 NBA Championships, 0 MVP's, 0 Finals MVP's. Lebron 2 NBA Championships, 4 MVP's, 2 Finals MVP's.

First round playoff exits or Missed Playoffs entirely: Kobe 5, Lebron 2

Current Career Playoff Stats:
Lebron
28.1 points per game
8.4 rebounds per game
6.6 assists per game
49.1 fg%
37.5 three point %

Kobe
25.0 points per game
5.1 rebounds per game
4.7 assists per game
44.7 fg%
29.3 three point %

Except Lebron scores as much, on less attempts, while being a better passer, defender, rebounder, playmaker, and all-around playing.

empty stats... kobe wins more, better stroke, better three point shooter, mid range jumper, free throws, higher basketball iq, footwork, fundamentals, post-game, better handles, better defender prime-for-prime, better leader, way more clutch.... the only thing lebron has on kobe is athleticism and physical ability. he's physically a beast, but as far as basketball goes, he's not seein kobe......only casual basketball fans go by stats and cant look past em, real spit.

thats the common misconception between you lebron lovers...

lebron shoots a higher percentage because he only shoots when he knows he'll make it. thats also the same reason he could never score 81 and scores under 20 points for three straight finals games...cuz sometimes, those easy looks wont be coming when moments intensify and defenses close in. thats the same reason he cant take over a game and needs others to pave the way.

So Lebron scores as much as Kobe does, over entire seasons and entire post-season performances because he's much better at deciding when to shoot and pass?

Maybe that's why Lebron averages more assists than Kobe does.

Good argument, breh. Absolute genius.

"Lebron takes smarter shots and realized that getting your teammate good looks is important to basketball success do that's why Kobe is better!"

Lebron scores as much as Kobe, on higher efficiency, while averaging more assists and rebounds over his entire career than Kove does in his best seasons.

Lebron already has 3 more MVPs, the same amount of FMVPs, and craps on him in stats.

What's the argument again? Lebron is a better all-around player than Kobe and impacts the game in more ways than Kobe?

If you think Kobe is better than Lebron because he scores more on less efficiency, you probably also think AI is better than Magoc Johnson because he scores more on worse efficiency.

I still want you to admit your hatred stems from watching your team lose every year to us

Since you were there on Sohh with us...how about you remind us how "easily replaceable" Kobe was.

*Looks at Kings vs Lakers series in 2000*

Game 1: Kobe 23 points Shaq 46 points
Game 2: Kobe 32 points Shaq 23 points
Game 3: Kobe 35 points Shaq 21 points
Game 4: Kobe 32 points Shaq 25 points
Game 5: Kobe 17 points Shaq 32 points

Did 21 year old Kobe not carry the Lakers in 3 games of that series?

But I'll let you tell it....being that you know more about losing to the Lakers than anyone else on this site:russ:

Ask anyone on those Kings teams who the problem on the Lakers was. They'll all say it was Shaq. That's who they were trying to stop. They wanted Kobe taking more of the offense and I don't know if there are any teams that thought differently during that three peat.

Was Kobe "easily replaceable?" No. But my point of view was always that any of the star perimeter players at that time could have been subbed in for Kobe. You Stans all claimed that Kobe being part of the championship teams made him better than VC, Iverson, TMac, etc but that simply wasn't the case.

Who faced the double teams at all times until the Pistons switched it up?

The East has 5 of the 10 titles awarded during LeBron's career. So so weak.
