I hate that this album isn’t on any streams….Return Of The Mac caught a lot of people off guard because Prodigy was being written off during that time and he delivered. I felt he perfected his new slow flow/monotone style on this. Dope ass album, one of the best Alchemist-produced projects to date.

it should still be on streaming. It's one of the few Prodigy albums that is. But overall I agree that most of P's music not being on streaming is a real shame for his legacy.

Undisputed classic to me!
Probably P's best solo album after HINC! Too many good times spent listening to this album. :wow:

Can't wait to cop it on vinyl next month! :blessed:

Not only was Un Pacino listenable but I actually thought he was a really dope rapper. I think legal troubles derailed his career, but I had always looked forward to a true solo album from him in that era with production from Alc, Havoc, and Sid Roams.

Un Pacino was one of the best mobb affiliated rappers.

On the album he has one of my favorite opening lines/rhymes:

It go 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7
No man wanna die, everybody wanna heaven

:ohhh:

Another one I bought in 2007. I was 21. What a changed landscape of both the music industry, and for sure, my life. I went to Best Buy or somewhere like that to buy this, and then put it on an IPOD.

P talking grimy grimy over Alchemist beats. I still have tracks from this on my phone.

Legends is my favorite. I bought anything Prodigy or Hav did in those days, I bought The Kush lol

I bought HNIC 2
.

Both are still dope

Un Pacino said a line on Product Of The 80's very casually..

Album is complete flames glad I Copped this classic dope since it’s out of print. This was the resurgence right here everything after it was heat rocks from Hnic 2 to the mobb deep album to Albert Einstein. Rotten apple :banderas:that smooth soulfully grimy ny shyt. P was the best at talking that shyt on dusty loops:ohlawd:

stuck on yous that signature al sound:whew:

Wasn't this the first album Alchemist produced entirely?

I know there was the 1st Infantry comp, but in terms of just linking in with one artist for an album.

It's funny, remember before this my one complaint about Alchemist was that he hadn't showed whether he could hold down an album start to finish and create a coherent sound, as up to that point he was mostly just doing one off tracks for lots of artists, every so often maybe producing a few tracks on albums by P or Dilated Peoples, but I wanted to see him handle a full project. And this is kinda the beginning of that, and now he barely does any one off tracks and mostly produces albums.

The other thing about this album was P going at Supreme's neck on Rotten Apple. He had reason to (Killed E Money, Shot up Fif), but to call him a bytch?:merchant:

Death Wish P. Pending Prison Sentence P, Bounce back P, Pre Penitentiary Push Ups P.

Post tour bus, lung puncture Al starting to shift sounds/sequencing too.

Emergence of Dan the Man as a music video director another highlight.
