See...it's the little stuff like that, that makes me appreciate indie artists. I might go cop a record player just to have this in the collection.

Bout to get that odditorium now. thanks.

Only thing that pissed me off with the EPs is they didn't say who produced what. You can tell the ones that are obviously Alchemist (Operating Room, The Odditorium) but some of the others could go either way.

But on Albert Einstein...now that someone said Confessions reminded them of a Tekken level I like the beat way better now. :manny:

oh yeah...Greenberg is on the playlist too. What's the other gangrene ep tho?

and I have all those other songs (Roc, Sean P) but i wanted to make a playlist on the ipod that was ALL Alchemist albums...kind of like a best of discography. but i left off the older stuff. I didn't have time to select all the tracks from various albums so I just used my favorite recent full albums. It would take me forever to do a complete playlist.

I didn't know that evidence album was dropping already. thanks.

Yo Evidence is not the greatest rapper but I love the way his voice sounds on alchemist beats. they make a good team...only reason i got cat's and dogs and the weather man was because of alchemist's involvement but i ended up enjoying both. Layover was dope too.

He's way better man. He's improved a ton.

Listen to his 2 verses on here man.

:obama: Not bad...He definitely departed from the slow flow on that verse.

yea this will be my last post about Ev in the Prodigy thread, but he's really moved well past the slow flow. In fact on Cats & Dogs he really only went back to the slow flow he's known for on that last song and it's real drastic because you've gotten used to a more mid-tempo flow on the rest of the album.

His wordplay is also way better. I just hope Al steps his delivery up a bit on Step Bros. I think Ev tends to overpower Al more than Oh No does, because Ev is a better rapper.

Even Ev has said Al's problem isn't as much his lyrics, it's his delivery.

I agree. certain cats like evidence and prodigy have really good chemistry with the alchemist. I enjoyed both of evidence's first two albums as well and I'm not a big dilated or evidence fan on their own.

I'm a bigger fan of Evidence when he's solo, and I used to skip his verses for Rakaa on their older albums. I didn't become an Ev fan until right before The Layover. Then I went back to Weatherman and caught up.

Genuine creative dude, and a very underrated beatmaker and executive producer. He's great at knowing his lane, and showcasing his strengths and hiding his weaknesses.
