The movie that got me was Don't be a Menace II Society while drinking your juice in the hood. I've seen it over 10k times(Even saw it at the movies when it came out as a kid) and couple months ago I saw it on Netflix and it was slightly different and strange. My cousin use to tell me years ago, When Locdog got that girl's number at the party, she pulls the gun out at him as well. I seen that image on the back of the movie box but it never played in the versions I watched . Also the ending in the movie was much different. The Grandma slicing the dudes head off for no reason really, had me like

You are looking at it wrong....time was created by us on a scale on how the earth moves and all that jazz....at the same time that a year = 1 revolution around that he sun, it could have easily been 2 revolutions around the sun that = a year.
Time is relative and in other places our sense of "time" don't mean shyt. Sense of "Time" is totally diffrent everywhere in that the universe. There are no laws that binds the theory of "time"

To answer you question, even if there was no created "time" scale, do you think you would still need to sleep? Us getting tired has nothing to do with time
