And coffee has roach shyt in it. Protein shakes ain’t hurt me yet so…
I'm safe because I absolutely hate the taste of whey, but....

Let me just say lead exposure is a lot like a mental illness where you can't tell that you're ill because it acts on your mental systems.

Lead directly works on your neuro logical system and nerves. The scary thing is you will be completely 100% unaware that there's something wrong with you until you get seizures or random reffered pain after years of exposure. And because you don't have pain receptors in your brain you won't know that you're having lead-based encephalopathy swelling of your brain until you go in for something completely unrelated and they do an MRI.

Furthermore, even if you stop to taking whatever was giving you the lead today, your bones can store lead after acute exposure for decades.

Might want to get that checked out, breh. you can recover from any bacteria from roaches or rat droppings within a few weeks. But the effects of lead are long-lasting. :hubie:

Scary.

Even in my lifting days, tried to avoid powders and supplements. Those things are really designed for pros , and regular lifters are better off designing a better diet if they need more protein.
It's the opposite. Big Protein is essentially for gym going casuals-intermediates. These protein powder sections in grocery stores are too big to be designed for pros:mjlol:

Protein powders are mostly a waste. It's essentially calorically dense junk food with clever, fitness forward marketing. It's the nutritional version of "Oh I don't read fiction I only read informal books like The 48 Laws Of Power". Nikkas selling liquid candy bars at a 60% markup:pachaha:

The pros hyper focus on nutrition, but even some of them are victims of the protein scam too:mjlol:

They're one of the brands that tested positive for lead.
In that article it's their Mass Gainer that's on the list. I'm not putting Mass on I'm already a big dude #pause. Saying that I'm not naive just because they didn't test Transparent Labs regular protein. I'm on a cycle and haven't used it in 2 months now anyway. Speaking of about to hit the gym in about an hour Arms, Cardio and Abs day. I usually drink a cup of Cafe Bustelo for my pre-workout and some Sugar free yogurt for my post workout.
