People who say this just look at actions and not the planning and organization behind the scenes and the reason people perform certain disruptive protests.

Also, effective disruptive protests, as in the case of civil rights, should be disruptive to the structure its trying to attack. Not just disruptive for the sake of disruptive. They didn't do sitins at black diners to protest segregation. They did it at white diners where they faced the most opposition to their message.

The point is to get a message across to people who need to be convinced. Not disrupt people who agree with you for just the sake of being disruptive.
