only reason ppl want to see Simms is because we know VIck and Geno are both horrible. It doesnt hurt Simms' father won a Super Bowl here though I guess.

Well when option 1 is the worst QB in the league, and option 2 is horrendous and probably retired in 5 weeks, why not go with option 3 who never got a chance to play in the league

Since you're such a big Jet fan, I'm sure you know Simms did play last year and was fukking terrible. Worse than Geno and Sanchez combined. He's a practice squad guy. Nothing more.

And even so, you give Geno a year an a half to prove he's terrible, but at 2-9 you don't think a guy like Simms deserves any looks.
It tells me what I already knew, the Jets don't have a clue as an organization about anything and Rex has been in it to save his job so why would he give a guy like Simms a shot.
He didn't start, he played 3 games and was without hyperbole, awful.
If anyone thought Simms was any good, you don't think they'd play him? He does have the pedigree, he's just no good. IMHO, I think they're doing Phil a solid by keeping his son on a roster. He's a bum

I know what your saying you seen Simms play, but the dude never got a shot to get all the reps and play out a full game.
