What scares me is how bad the o-line is. That may take YEARS to revamp. Look at how long it took the Cowboys

The line is mediocre in comparison to the rest of the league. Everything looks bad when you're getting non competitive play from the QB position. That being said...if we're going with a journeyman or a rookie at QB next year we need to improve the guards.

It only took dallas a year or 2

They finally smartned up and drafted nothing but olinemen and went after olinemen in fa

But dallas also has something called a qb which nyj doesn't have n hasnt had 4 years

Yeah if you have an franchise qb they hide tons of weaknesses..Look at Green Bay how many games do they win without Rodgers? Not many but those guys are rare as hell

Izdiks so bad though that I could see Geno playing decently against terrible teams like Titans and Jaguars and Izdik saying Geno will be given one more year as a starter

lol, 0% chance

I don't think Belichik even respects him like that.

For as much as he'd make a "great DC" i don't even know if that is that true.

His scheme is tired, he doesn't make adjustments and the league knows his shtick for 6 years.

I wouldn't want him as the DC of my squad, but there's a lot of bad teams with bad ownership so i`m sure he`ll land that gig.

This the same dude caping for Rex to keep his job.

He seems to be quite okay with losing while being patted on the back
What are you expecting for a player to do regarding a coach? It's as of because you dislike someone from a far, you want the guy whose actually spoken to him to feel as you do.

I guess Sheldon now has a character flaw. :comeon:

Dude is talking out the side of his mouth though.

Saying how much it hurts to be 2-9, but then going onto defending the man who put you in that place.

And it's not just 2-9, the team is not competitive in any way.

I mean, hey I get why he likes him I get why they always liked him, and it's why the team sucks

So he should outright say get rid if the coach and not support him?

Have you ever played competitive sports and had a beloved coach regardless of record? Is that something beyond happening bro? I mean../you don't like Rex. We ALL in here get that...but to now create a character flaw in Sheldon for loving a coach he personally knows because you don't... :mindblown:

It's not a character flaw, it just tells me Sheldon is okay with losing.

There are plenty of players who do not openly cape for coaches when their team is this bad.

Sheldon just seems to support and embrace a losing coach, that's a fact.
