What about Eric mangine? He's currently an assistant with the 9ners, Raiders requested an interview. Seems to be a young guy working up the ranks. He had stints with belichieck and ESPN.

damn we interviewing everybody! if we come out of this with some assistant linebackers coach as head coach and assistant to the traveling secretary as GM im gonna be pissed :pachaha:

Kubiak is too old but he's the one responsible for the Ravens' stalwart offence this year. He also developed Matt Schaub into a decent QB who variously put up top QB numbers He could perhaps do the same with Geno.

I'm on the trestman for OC, I think he'd be a good fit, ironically with a Rex Ryan type coach...
