Xbox and PC both are built on windows, PS4 isn't so games get made for windows then get ported to PS4's whatever they use that isn't windows

So thats Bungies words, but you already have it as PS4 wins.Bungie has confirmed that its upcoming Destiny game will sport different levels of graphics quality depending on its platforms, but declined to say which version will be the definitive one, placing an equal emphasis on the PS4 and Xbox One editions.
Destiny is eagerly awaited by millions of gamers from around the world, especially after the title's gameplay reveal at E3 2013 last week.
The game will appear for both current and
next-generation
platforms in 2014, including the PS3, Xbox 360, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
During a talk with NowGamer, Bungie's Harold Ryan confirmed that, while the studio has yet to develop platform-specific features, the graphics will be different
depending on
platform.
Ryan declined to say which version will be the definitive one and emphasized that Destiny "is going to be awesome on all of them."

Is that all he saidLink. The cloud cannot help the graphics card make a game look better.
O xbox. Always with the deception.
"For this project we were using the PC to build the Fox Engine to create our game," Kojima told Polygon in an E3 interview. "We're using the current-generation as a [guideline]. While we were developing on current-gen, next-gen came along. We're really trying to reach the peak of the current generation right now, and then see how much we can take it up for the next-generation."
He admitted that the E3 presentation for Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain was "more tuned to current generation" in terms of models and textures.
"Once we start going into development for next-generation we're definitely looking for something better than [what] we have shown today," he said, adding that the team is aiming for a 60 frames per second refresh rate and a higher resolution for the game's next gen console releases.
Kojima also reiterated that the next Metal Gear Solid will feature interactivity with smartphones and tablets, but still hasn't divulged exactly how that will work.
"You can also enjoy the game with multiple devices," he said, "from anywhere at any time. "With MGS5, I feel that [using] multiple devices, tablets and smartphones and how to interact with it socially is a big step forward." It's already been confirmed that MGS5 will support Xbox SmartGlass.
Metal Gear Solid 5 demo is looking pretty damn good from the initial E3 trailer and its recently released extended version. Take another look at the first trailer below. The only part I take issue with is that Snake leaning to one side on his horse is considered 'stealthy.'
This is all hes said.
Uh oh, I guess you won't be streaming this game to your Vita. And you gotta spend an extra $60 for the Camera, then another $60 for the Move controller. You'll just buy the bundle for $100 which will probably come with a bullshyt packin game and then you can be like "Yo, they packed in a gameThe Kinect itself brings a lot of different capabilities as well and I will like to see what I can do with the voice command, and the movement with the gestures and see what we can do with that, he said in an interview via Major Nelsons Xbox channel.
Xbox Lost!!!"So you think Dev's are gonna use 7gb of RAM by next year![]()

![]()
Bruh, lying is mandatory for you. This is what you said...I said atleast a year. Get your reading comprehension up then try again.
Did I say these games used 4gb of ram at E3? No? Oh, okay. Just rambling on points I never brought up, huh?
How about you name the games that didnt, with proper sources.![]()

Until then, though.. shut the fukk up.
So you are under thee impression in a year they will use the full power. And that games looked the way they did at E3 because they was built with only 4GB to work withThe games being shown/compared are the games that were developed on PS4 using 4GB right? Wow, now multiplat developers have been paid off to lie about cloud computing tooWatch Dogs Has a More Dynamic City on Xbox One
![]()
Watch Dogs, the upcoming cross-generation game from Ubisoft, will take advantage of the Xbox One's power to create a more dynamic version of Chicago, at least according to one of the title's developers.
Watch Dogs has been eagerly awaited for quite some time, and will hit platforms like PC, PS3, Xbox 360, but also PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, this November.
While the game shines on next-gen consoles, apparently it will shine more brightly on the Xbox One, as producer Dominic Guay told NowGamer that the game's version of Chicago will be much more dynamic on Microsoft's next-gen device.
"We’re also able to spend more time giving brains to the other people on the streets so that they can basically be smarter, and there can be more of them," Guay said about the game's improvements on Xbox One.
"It’s what I call dynamism; basically, the way the city reacts to you, we are able to push further on the Xbox One."
No exact explanation was given about how the Xbox One allows Ubisoft to create a more dynamic city, but it might have something to do with the console's cloud processing feature.

2.) You brought up they only had 4gb to use, and then asked you what games used all that RAM and you couldn't answer. So then how do you know only having 4gb of RAM was the reason
Now I asked you the question, you just said "why don't you show me"
Ok, not a problem. I back up what the fukk I say
The Witness: Blow confirms game currently uses 5GB of PS4 RAM | VG247
^^^ This guy claims he's currently using 5gb of RAM for a indie title and they ps4 don't even have 5gb yet ^^^
If you need more, I'll make a thread on it and you can cry/stan/etc there![]()
