There could be group members on that list who don't have a "great" solo song. What great solo song does Andre 3k have? Personally I'd include The Love Below songs as solo tracks for Andre but brehs been disagreeing with me for years on that. Yet Andre would be on the list. Posdnuous could easily be on the list too despite him not having a great solo song. The Clipse have undeniable classic songs (Grindin, When The Last Night, Mr. Me Too). Add in Pusha's solo albums and diss track? He fits the criteria.

But like I said earlier, it's only 50 people and I'm not gonna feel like Push HAS to be on the list if push comes to shove. Like if we were all in a conference room debating this list, am I banging the table for Pusha? No. But would I bang the table for someone like Mos Def, who was also in a group/duo? Nas is an independent artist who is 30+ years into a career. Nas is actually an artist who was thriving 20+ years into his career and beyond. Pusha T is on G.O.O.D Music distributed by Def Jam with production split between Kanye West and The Neptunes, had a single that featured Kanye West and another that featured Jay Z. He's supposed to be selling more than Nas.

I'd also argue that "If You Know You Know" could be argued as a classic song.

That said, even as a fan of Pusha T, I can understand how someone would say would struggle to place them in their top 50 all time.
