Like you said, nothing justified Sasha over Grant.

As a matter of fact, people seem to forget, O'Quinn is only 25 years old, he needs playing time also. We have the rare situation where our 2nd unit is full of youth and with proper development, one could be a star (Grant) and the others can really find a groove in becoming extremely valuable commodities as game changing role players.

However, it seems Fisher's middle name is Woodson with respect to his failure to understand the importance of giving these guys consistent minutes. I mean, we are going to lose some games but we need to see what they are made of. This is getting ridiculous and borderline reckless coaching.

Grant showed what he is capable of with built up confidence. Allowing him the chance and then sweeping minutes from under his feet leaves a bad taste in the developing player's mouth and the fans mouth...hopefully a bad taste for Phil too. Fisher is literally coaching like his job depends on it...but in a mistake filled, pressure induced bad way.

I really hope he's let go at the end of the season.

I'm afraid Phils loyalty to his staff even when he was coaching was pretty strong. I'm not sure he'll let Fisher go:mjcry::francis:

This season definitely Bron has alienated his lockeroom since he got back to Cleveland. Melo has done nothing but help the younger guys:salute:
It's really great seeing melo embrace Kp, the beginning of that Celtic game when they were feeding off each other and cooking was simply:ohlawd:

My favorite memory of Melo's leadership came when Porzingis was jumpy and nervous in his first game and Melo pulled him to the side, placed a hand on the shoulder and said,

"Take it slow, everything great will come. "

It's been history ever since. :wow:
