Wait for Melo's legs to come back before you even entertain trading him. He's putting up 22, 8, 4, 1 and 1 with less than 2 TO's a game. He's doing everything else well right now, so you gotta give the team a look after he starts getting the easy ones to fall (he ain't right now). I really want to see him handling the rock through pick and rolls (or fades) with KP. He used to be really good as a pick and roll ball handler for George Karl.

I agree Calderon was getting the whole team in foul trouble off of losing his defender in PnR.... not to mentioning giving up 3's.

I also agree no one is no saying the knicks got 5-0 with him on the bench but it has to be on scouting reports to attack him in PnR and transition. Calderon is Felton status

Absolutely on both counts. Plus, Calderon's extended minutes with the starters is only the tip of the iceberg. Fisher has some straight up strange rotations overall, moving Calderon to the bench won't change the line change mentality he's had or the fact that he waits too long to pull the trigger on time outs and substitutions. He's got a lot of issues to fix before the Knicks are even in the best position to win (and they still won't be guaranteed to beat everybody in that instance...but it definitely will help).

Begley's stat didn't refute my statement which directly correlated to the Cavs game. I didn't blame Calderon for KP's foul trouble throughout the first 5 games, only the singular Cavs game. There's no need to rebuttal it because it didn't disprove my statement.

It does refute your statement because only the foul-prone guy got in foul trouble. Not Rolo, not O'Queens. Besides, Gallo and Grant were being blown by too, especially late when Jose wasn't in the game. Y'all tried to blame that Hawks loss on him too when Gallo and Grant were giving up the same amount of buckets and blow-bys.

Calderon is a veteran guard that is giving us absolutely nothing on both ends. Comparing his production so far to Melo's is the dumbest shyt I've heard on here in a minute.

Doesn't change the fact that Jose's 20 mins and 5.8 fga's are killing no one, and that 'Melo is missing the most shots. When you're shooting 37% on 19 shots, whatever you're doing on defense is pretty much a wash and that's why they're losing. I compared impact, not production, and 'Melo is costing NY games, not Jose.

Man, I was hoping Arron would be back tonight. I don't wanna see another loss in the Garden for the rest of the season. I hate when they lose at home.
