This offense is designed with two potential play starters every time down; in it's perfect execution the guy who brings the ball across half court immediately throws the ball across the floor to the second ball handler. Your complaint is about the triangle, not the player.

The triangle is too slow with how the league is played and should only be used for emergencies in shot clocks. They play better just moving and playing fast like we did in that stretch a few weeks ago.

I Like Grant And Gallloway On The Floor Together Though

Melo brings the ball up a LOT. You saw that cross court pass in the backcourt from Galloway to Afflalo (he drove and missed), that's pretty much what they're supposed to do every time down. There's not a true lead guard in the triangle, it's just supposed to be constant motion. Post-ups and off ball motion are what create in the triangle, the guards especially the PG play a way different role. I actually think Galloway runs the triangle better than Jose because he moves the ball more freely which is what's supposed to happen, not the stagnation when Jose slows things down and waits around.

I like the three guard line-up...can't front about that. It's just that I don't count it when Sasha's one of the three, so this is the only three guard line-up Fish has to use.
