I didn't mean to make it sound like I was suggesting to trade Grant, because I wouldn't, just putting his name there because I figure that's what it would take to get Rose. I fully agree with you on not trading Grant.See, I'd be wary with this. Your giving up grant, a younger player who still has much growth, for rose whose had 2 acl(?) injuries and on the decline just for some picks. I don't see Phil making this type of move.
He has one more year for 21 mil after this season. Why would you have to give up Grant to get Rose?
Bulls would give Rose for free if they could. Rose has 2 years left unless he has an opt out
Rose doesn't have much trade value, but it's not like the Bulls are gonna do a team a favor and take their trash for him when the could let Rose expire at the end of next season. I wouldn't look for a straight up salary dump unless they're looking to use that money in free agency somehow, and trade Rose beforehand.
I'm not saying Rose is the best move out there, just that it's better than signing Conley for a max.

"You know, you're ridiculous for thinking you have a chance, right?"
Any one of y'all could be a serial killer.

and back off?
Good size, can play the 1 or 2, athletic, very good at creating his own shot, I'd definitely like to have him on the Knicks. Plus from what I've read and heard, he's a hardworking, high character guy. That, plus given his age, makes me think he still has room to improve considerably.
( that Rambis shyt scared me tho)
or LeBron
for 2016. Or steph
or Westbrook
for 2017.
