depends on the song. i like some of his music.

i've convinced a lot of his former stans that he's a fraud though. it's usually in a more personal setting though. not in some public place. my circle definitely knows me as the drake hater though. if we're in the car together, especially for a prolonged car trip they know i'm gonna bytch and talk shyt if they turn on drake. :manny:

Hating on drake is only a net thing

That's incredible breh.... Real talk

How much percentage of that crowd is suburban adolescent/young adult cacs , I'm strictly talkin Urban wise seeing thats the type of enviorment I reside in , because cacs perspective is redundant in the grand scheme of things

Fam.. I love how the unity and black power movement was swung back into full effect but uh..... white folks have been loving hip hop... buying hip hop.... supporting hip hop.... and owning (corporatizing) hip hop since it's inception

so what are we saying when we try and grade someone's success or lack thereof by Cacs? You start getting in merky water doing that..

Ima use Hov as an example cuz i was just watching Fade To Black

Same type of effect. Difference is one of em got the crowd fooled thinking those are his words they singing while the other actually is the man behind those words.

No one is doubting his influence. We all know he has the game in his hands. Its the credibility behind it.

I'm 35. I don't go to bars and clubs. Or festivals. Parties I go to are for my kids.
So my judgment of Drake's music isn't clouded by intoxication or the fact that it's associated with a party atmosphere. :yeshrug:
I like a lot of his music through Nothing Was the Same. Some solid 3.5 mic albums. Some really nice verses from him. The problem is he is a hybrid Lauryn Hill style artist. Then he embraced trap and his music went off a cliff quality wise. :yeshrug:
If I'm taking with some teenage or college age relatives and Drake is brought up, I do bring up the ghostwriting. They don't care. If they even understand. :lolbron:

The major difference between the hate you see for Drake online compared to if you're in a party and everybody is singing all the words is quite interesting.

But then again the love for dude online is crazy too (outside of internet forums)

He gets the people going :yeshrug:

Outside of his party tracks he's got loads of personal tracks too which connect
