I would suggest you not smash her T/S it’s too much that can go wrong mainly with her working at the same job as you and you being married to another woman. As man you should want to be reasonably honest and have high integrity; however, sexual urges and human nature can be much more complex than that.
That being said if you decide to fukk, let her know what it is off top and it’s only going to be that. If you getting these urges about waxing old nurse babe’s cheeks now, it’s just a matter of time before you succumb to those urges either with her or another woman you vibing with and highly attracted to.

^^^Nobodys saying he's a piece of shyt for THINKING about it as much as saying he's fukked up for seriously considering acting on it. bytches and niccas are attracted to each other every day....but it's not that hard to keep ya dikk or ya clit in ya pants contrary to what most want you to believe.
