Get full from eating healthy shyt so you have no room for the junk
Eat out of necessity not for pleasure
You can do both. The key is to train your taste buds to make the necessary and real food pleasurable food. Then you won't desire junk as much.
I love grapes, blueberries, seasoned Brown rice, salmon, almomd milk, kale, etc. When you get used to the taste of real food you'll no longer check for the stuff made in a lab like that.
