I can give up McDonald's considering the one I mainly go to went up on their mcdoubles, but I just don't know if I can give up on those cajun filet biscuits from bojangles or the spicy deluxe (with polynesian sauce) and waffle fries (with chick fil a sauce) from chick fil a.

Is Bojangles like that?

The only time I remember eating mcds was probably last week. And even then it was just a fry and iced coffee I think. Before that, I don't even remember the last time I ate it.

I goto the gym 5x a week and find myself not eating enough. But, I have a hard time picking out portions. I get meals too big sometimes and eat when I'm not hungry. I've slowed that down alot.

Fast food got exp af and is all never filling me up really stopped. But, chipotle tho finna goto it rn

Every so often won't hurt you

That's how i feel about popeyes, but for the most part i avoid fast food restaurants.
But i worked o.t @ the hospital one night & got off late, drove thru Mickey D's drive thru for their fish sandwich & fries.

Fries were caked in salt, didnt even finish sandwich or fries !
