I know a dude that is a raw vegan, he only eats nuts and fruit. I want to try it for a week but it hard. I'm still trying to get through a day going vegan. Only eat out for lunch once a week now and usually it's West Indian food I eat. Snack on a couple of clementines (feel good after I eat them, hydrates you and fills you up.), started drinking smoothies again, and stock up on alkaline water (Icelandic, Evamore, 8.8+).
I definitely notice a difference how I feel after I eat certain foods. Popeyes is cool but when I'm done I feel sluggish, and disgusted. Feel good after eating fruit especially clementines out the fridge.
