When I met wifey she was teaching an adult literacy program, went to their end of year session where they had to read something that they wrote themselves and the struggle was real. Even shyt like they kids names they would translate as whaever they nickname is for the kid. Shyt was humbling, these are grown adults w/ jobs and kids.
We had an intern a few years ago, we was like check yo email and get this shyt done as its laid out he kept askin folks to just tell him what it says. He lookin at the email like
. We figured out its cause kid can barely read. He went on to play in the SEC tho ...

I tell all new parents read to yo kids every night make that shyt routine. I read to both mine from when they were in belly, wifey thought i was joking but to this day my youngest wont go to sleep till she get her a story from me tho she now reads, I gotta join in on a page or 2.
