I believe that, but to be honest? I'm not seeing a whole that'll suggest a RICO case is warranted here. IIRC, the age of consent in IL is 17, as it is here in Texas. I agree that about 85% of this is bird babble. Even if they're able to get their hands on proof of coerced taping (which will definitely make a woman stay w/a man, unfortunately), I'm still not seeing where the conspiracy is here.
Now, the sex charges, on the other hand? That dude is never breathing fresh air again. Of that, I have no doubt. But this case worries me b/c it's like they're giving away the game right now for what...10 years at BEST? This trial might have been a mistake. Maybe they should have just kept the game to themselves until the criminal charges, unless they can prove that the Aaliyah marriage was the result of a number of people - and thus, RICO.
Theres at least 2-3 examples of him being told the girls were underaged, he acknowledging that, and continuing to mess with them.
