Who forgot it's a business? You can still take care of your people and the morale of your employees can be important.
The people complaining about why he got let go. Popular and likable employees get let go from companies all the time. That's just how it works unfortunately.

R-Truth being let go shouldn't have been the wakeup call for wrestlers that they're disposable. Anybody can let go.

I told people years ago in watching what they wished for in someone taking over the company as they weren't going to give a damn or have the same loyalty as the regime before it.

here comes everyone who’d complain about truth “shucking & jiving” for the company with their fake outrage about his contract not being renewed, like clockwork.
both can be true. People could not like his character while also acknowledge what he did for the business. At the end of the day Truth is a legend and not a single person has said anything bad about him and he’s now out of a job. :martin:

Stop being a boot licker. Triple K and TKO aren’t going to see this.

Also, how much money are they blowing right now on WWE ID or how much money did they blow on AAA talent or people who are down in NXT like that Nikita Lyons whale who is injury prone, sucks and got demoted to Evolve? :mjlol:

Their attempts at recruiting are typically wasteful endeavors for them. WWE could absolutely afford to keep a guy like R-Truth who does not affect the profit margins one bit by being contracted, especially considering that he has one of the highest selling t-shirts on their shop right now.

Miss me with the "they had to do it for the business posts" because you have no clue what you're talking about :mjlol:

They could have gotten a lot more out of that Cena vs. Truth match if they had put some stakes on it like Truth retires or leaves WWE if he loses (make up whatever stip you want for Cena).

Instead it was a forgettable, four-minute throwaway match on Saturday Night's Main Event. Booker of the Year y'all.

You know you could just respond to my posts directly instead of trying to be passive aggressive since I'm who you're obviously talking about :mjlol:

Your point still doesn't change shyt about what I said as Nikita Lyons can get it too at any point along along with those other WWE ID and AAA talent as well. The fact that she hasn't yet still doesn't change that basic premise :mjlol:

Ain't nobody in that locker room untouchable if TKO really wants to get rid of them :mjlol:

You're not the only one in here or online I've seen make that claim but either way, I see you brought nothing to refute my point. "It's a business" makes zero sense when discussing R-Truth because he's actually making them money unlike literally hundreds of the contracted talents they have now.

I did refute your point though.

Popular and likeable employees get let go from companies all the time and we're not going to sit here and pretend like the wrestling industry is immune from that.

One of my co-workers got let go last year at the expense of cheaper talent eventhough he was the best of the bunch and we could use his talent and skillset now. Even today, everyone in the company still doesn't get why he was the one to be let go.

That shyt happens and like I said before, R Truth should have not been the wakeup call for that locker room that they can get got.

fukk all that it's a business bullshyt. That's why this country is in the sorry state it's in now. Well, one of the many reasons, but definitely up there near the top. That's not even bootlicking behavior, that's boot gobbling and leaving not even the shyt stained sole. A lot of shyt was just a business at one point. But we don't need to go down that road. But hell maybe we do, and if we do it's too late for you anyway.

We've been past that road a long ass time ago in how this country operates and why it's the state that it's in now.

Continuous growth is putting people out of jobs and fukking up their livelihood in the process.

They've had years of opportunity to create unions, but they didn't so here we are now.

I honestly preferred him as Ron "The Truth" Killings than R-Truth. R-Truth did too much. But he has the talent to make stupid gimmicks work.

I'm old enough to remember him as K-Kwik.

Saw him as K-Krush in Memphis Championship Wrestling. He had the belt and was defending against the likes of American Dragon and Spanky (Brian Kendrick). Was a good promo even then
