I see why Rock stays away from WWE now. The foundation of the "Final Boss" character is that he is on the TKO board. As risk averse to brand damage as he is (especially after that last round of bad PR) I'm sure he does not want to be anywhere on WWE TV playing a TKO heel.

This is where HHH's usefulness comes in; as long as these decisions can be traced back to him then he has a job. It'll be interesting to see how things shift when it goes from HHH releasing these people to TKO is destroying the company. And again TKO doesn't give a damn about that and they've made that entirely clear.
