1) over 99.9% similar. Reread that. There is a minute difference between any two humans on this planet. 96% with chromosomal differences is not the same as 99.9% plus with similar chromosomes. You can have a fertile baby with any race on Earth. You cannot breed with a chimp lol. We are also not 98% similar, it’s like 95-96%

2) Race has almost nothing to do with actual genetics and more to do with social and environmental circumstance. Race in a historical sense is a very new concept.

No they are not! Human variation is greatest in Africa, but depletes to oblivion when dealing with Whites and Orientals. This genetic diversity is what determines a population true potential.

Because the human lineage first emerged on the continent of Africa, longer population histories there allowed more genetic variation to accumulate in Africa, and repeated reductions in diversity occurred outside Africa as people dispersed and new populations were founded.

Reduction in diversity has nothing to do with "true potential" unless those populations are small. In that case, they die-out as there isn't enough to adapt to the new environment.​

Technically, wouldn't racial groups fall under subspecies category? Location, environment, and evolution seem to be what splintered other species into subspecies.

You’re ignoring every relevant piece of information. But since you want to stick to that point, nothing on this planet shares 100% genes, not even identical twins or microbes. You speaking in absolutes doesn’t change any facts. Humans share enough of the same DNA that the small differences in allele expression and resulting phenotype don’t matter on a genetic level. The point you think you’re making is actually not relevant at all.
