Where do you volunteer to help us achieve this? How will black children that are already behind make up the ground? Pull themselves up by their boostraps?

Inherited land/money/resources is an argument for a small percentage of the population, especially in regards to seeing some significant advantage from it. Plenty of black folks own and pass down land/property to their children or grandchildren.

And everyone else works with the white establishment to make money, and brings it back to their communities.
