African-Americans are already punching above their weight class in entrepreneurship:
gRr4cPZ.png

Or maybe it's harder to succeed in a certain living environment that lacks resources, positive role models, afterschool programs, scholarship initiatives, etc relative to other races...

Where do you volunteer to help us achieve this? How will black children that are already behind make up the ground? Pull themselves up by their boostraps?

So we don't have a certain # of spots, and we are already punching below our weight class in C-Suite, Doctors, Lawyers, etc....
Black Americans who put effort into life, aren’t living in poverty. It is not the government’s job to create better role models for us. Nobody is knocking on our doors, and handing us jobs, or checks. There are grants and programs out there, but you have to LOOK, and APPLY.

40 million black Americans aren’t living in poverty.

And how many are?

Ice Cube's biggest problem is his innate love of money and business..in the NWA days he was the one fighting for better deals and contracts against the jew Heller..and rightfully so. You cannot short change this guy.

I also recall a weird story from the 90s about how militant Ice Cube was assaulting the White establishment non stop but hanging out with a bunch of cacs at the same time, which I found odd.

I see what he’s saying but you simply can’t say this shyt publicly as a black figure because you know who will use it as a weapon to combat the presence of racism in society when it it very much present.
Which is the point. They always want to be the special one who can break through the wall and think they will never be used and or always backfires because they can’t admit they were wrong to even be in that room.

Inherited land/money/resources is an argument for a small percentage of the population, especially in regards to seeing some significant advantage from it. Plenty of black folks own and pass down land/property to their children or grandchildren.

My guess is you really mean land in Beverly Hills or whatever.

But again, most people are regular folks doing regular folk stuff. What regular folk stuff have you been prevented from doing? The fact you're on an internet forum talking about this bullshyt says a lot about who you are, where you live, and the system you're a part of.
Affirmative action just got shot down. You’re about to see way fewer black people in elite spaces.

You’re SUPPOSED to love money and business. If we loved it more, maybe we’d be in a better position. And everyone else works with the white establishment to make money, and brings it back to their communities. We want to be so different, and separate ourselves, and expect the same results as everyone else.

And that is that, as they say.

You cats can argue up and down the thread but the fact of the matter is the far right is using that Cube quote as proof that race "takes up too much discourse" in America.

This is why you don't parlay with people like Tucker Carlson. :yeshrug:

Of course we all love and need money, but we cannot make it the God we pray to and worship.

It should be a top priority (made in an ethical manner) We know white men are breaking the law. But more of them can afford an attorney to keep them out of jail, and stuff off their records. One of my former friends gets tickets all the time. But has his attorney take care of them, otherwise, he’d have so many points, and couldn’t drive for work.

this shyt is so ridiculous to me. even if you argue that (somewhere in the video) O'Shea presented valid points, do you really think a racist white POS who watches Tucker fukkin Carlson is going to do a word-for-word analysis and recognize this? White Supremacists love using other black folks' tap-dancing as validation. "See, <insert name> here said racism is brought up too much. if he said it, it must be true...he's a successful black man" But, Ice Cube is the same mf that took f*ck the police nationwide....the same mf that told us about his day as a black man in L.A., which was vastly different than the typical white person's day anywhere in America. how the fukk could he sit there in front of a racist peddler and say any of that bullshyt with a straight face??? 💰💰💰

Anyone who isn't a dummy with their head buried in the sand acknowledges that racism is a major issue in America. Until that changes, it should remain at the forefront of national discourse.

And therein lies the problem. How are blacks supposed to form a strong unified nationalist movement like some of you militants preach about when love of money and business trumps all? Everybody is out to get paid. Becuse of that they say to hell with that unity shyt. Black people are not loyal to black bussiness because we always want the bigger better deal. "Why am I going to take less money to make a deal with a fellow black man, when I can make a lot more money doing business with this white man?" "I got mine, now you gotta get yours." "I didn't have any help, so why yall asking me for help?" "Its my money, I'll spend it wherever the hell I want." "If you pro-black as you say, then you should give me the hook up and charge me less than you do white folks." "Im just trying to get paid." A lot of the quotes I hear from other black when talking support black business. I'd say black people love money and business too much, which is why you don't see as much economic loyalty as you see in Jewish and Asain comminities.
