Black Americans who put effort into life, aren’t living in poverty. It is not the government’s job to create better role models for us. Nobody is knocking on our doors, and handing us jobs, or checks. There are grants and programs out there, but you have to LOOK, and APPLY.African-Americans are already punching above their weight class in entrepreneurship:

Or maybe it's harder to succeed in a certain living environment that lacks resources, positive role models, afterschool programs, scholarship initiatives, etc relative to other races...
Where do you volunteer to help us achieve this? How will black children that are already behind make up the ground? Pull themselves up by their boostraps?
So we don't have a certain # of spots, and we are already punching below our weight class in C-Suite, Doctors, Lawyers, etc....
