sometimes you need neighbours like that. There’s a reason why certain buildings are blacklisted with low property values and others sell well. Tends to happen in the downtown area but folk get access to buildings who don’t even live there and wreck the whole place and who has to deal with it? All the property owners/renters as the fees increase.
I think some people aren’t seeing the big picture here. White girl should not have gone beyond getting out of her car, but we don’t even know her whole situation we get the video from the black girls perspective.
