Rajon Rondo Wants Out. Where Does He Land?

We might not have a choice. Love is more of a position of need than PG and Rondo is coming off injury/ isnt as highly regarded as Love.
I was saying all offseason and before the season ended that I wanted Danny to trade the 6 and try to contend this year or we would have to trade Rondo for pennies on the dollar and that is exactly what is going to happen. Plus, adding Wallace is going to diminish anything we get back. Unless DET or PHX are interested in trading Monroe or Bledsoe for him, that may be the best option.

This is my biggest thing .....when you are playing with so-so team mates and run into a real team you see that you cannot win alone.I wonder how all those Rondo lover Celtics fans feel about their golden boy now??
These fools shytted on Pierce to big up Rondo.. Rondo hasn't even played two seasons alone and he already wants out. What a fukking fraud. Try playing with shytty teammates and landing no big name free agents for most of your career like Pierce did.
you need shooters rebounders and size on the front line and a bench and at least one other person to draw attention from you and i did not go into a good-great coach......But no people here

Have you watched Rondo play before? You realize the effectiveness of his game revolves around him dominating the ball, right? Now what makes you think he can play on a team with Westbrook and Durant and be effective?

I live in CT and have been watching games consistently since we had Sherman Douglas. The fukk are you talking about? Were u even watching when Rondo and Telfair were battling for minutes? Clown.
You think Westbrook would have the same role if Rondo was the PG? Are you stupid? Legit. They'd be far more efficient with Rondo handling the ball and opening lanes for Westbrook to slash through even easier and get better jumpers. He'd have better shot selection and less turnovers and could easily play the 1 when Rondo is on the bench. Do you remember when Paul Pierce used to dominate the ball and play "hero ball"? Then they gave more power to Rondo to handle the offense and suddenly Pierce became one of the most efficient scorers in the game.
You think he'd have a tough time playing with Durant? Durant would score even more and have an even higher FG%.

If the Celts wanted Randle, they could have drafted him (i would have like that btw). Maybe they knew ahead time Rondo was out the door and they used the foot concerns as a cover for it. Ainge has pulled off more dramatic smokescreens than that before.
