Nope, Bayless isn't the defender that Lee is, he gives the Grizz the deep threat while also having someone on the wing that can still defend. He's averaged 14ppg @ 50% and 39% from 3 since they got him, that is a massive upgrade over Allen while not having much slippage on D.
