Green just grew as player. He had a nice rookie year for Boston but after that he never improved like that. He always had the potential and skills to be a really good player. Working on a reliable jumper and maturity helped him alot. When he first came in the league all he could do was dunk. Going overseas was the best thing that happened for his career.
