Lawson is a star and you can't convince me otherwise.

we're a playoff team with him and the Western conference version of the Bucks without him. :dead:

I'm excited for the playoffs, from what I've seen this year is about as wide open as the nba can get.....I think just about every team at the top is beatable. MIA, OKC, Indy, SA....

and I can see teams like Toronto, Phoenix & Chicago shocking people....

Don't blame Brooks. OKC has a flawed roster. Now if they kept Harden...

You guys are overrating Harden. Yes in the playoffs they could have used his scoring when Westbrook went down.

The offense is fine. They have plenty of scoring but right now the Thunder simply aren't playing defense and guarding perimeter shooters at all. That's on the coaching. They're literally giving up 10.5 three pointers a game at this point. There's no reason Gerald Green and Jodie Meeks should have given this team back to back 40 point games.

Harden balanced the team offensively, which leads to improved defense. With the team as is, when Westbrook starts clanking those awful jumpers he takes, it leads to easy transition opportunities for the other team. That's part of why they're getting cooked on defense.

It's the same thing with the Pistons. Their offensive numbers seem good, but when Smith and Jennings start bricking all those long 2's and 3's they take, it's leads to quick scores for the opposition.

I agree with this to a certain extent but that's not the main problem......shyt like this is. (or as haralbob put it, them needlessly doubling the post with Perk out"

Where the game thread for Portland vs. Houston? The games today been dope, this potentially could be the best.

Rockets won't have to worry once the benches come in though.
