smh if this is true. Love, you said wanted to more help, and wanted to win. you got what you wanted now youre unhappy ? want to go back to a scrub team and be the man ?

big men who cant handle the ball will always have to take a back seat to stars on the wing who do.

Maybe Love underestimated how good Kyrie really was.

Now who else wanna fukk with Hollywood Court?
I think he's finding out that winning isn't all it's cracked up to be if you're not a significant factor in the wins. Dude had his own commercials and was on the trajectory of being a superstar now he's Robert Horry without the rings. I'm sure he'd welcome a balance of being the 2nd option but now he's the 3rd or 4th if JR is on the court.

He's not leaving this summer, if he did it would mean he's taking the old max and locking himself into a deal under the old TV deal. He's going to opt into his final year of his contract, the Cavs will be able to offer him an extra year on the new TV deal and he'll probably get 5 years $150 million or some shyt.

That makes the most sense. However at this rate he won't get a max deal a year from now if he stays in Cleveland. He'll be exposed as being present day David Lee with a 3.

He's still going to get a max, 17/10 playing as the third option gets you max money, especially since he'll only be 27 when he's due for the next contract. Chris Bosh was 30 and Houston still offered him a max deal, Love will get his money and I honestly expect him to be better next season.

Dan Gilbert will give him the max. Regardless of how he plays or if he gets hurt.
We'll see. Every Warriors fan I know can't wait for the day when David Lee gets off the books. People would rather overpay for a guy that's only good at defense and rebounding like Deandre Jordan than a guy that's just good at offense and rebounding like Lee and Love. That shyt drives fans nuts. A year from now I think Cavs fans will share the sentiment.

The problem with Lee is that he was older, he couldn't hit the 3 and didn't space the floor ontop of not being able to defend. Love's saving grace is that he can hit the 3, so while he's not that great on defense he spaces the floor for the Cavs, he and Lee are similar but there's enough differences there.

Don't think I've ever seen Payne pass the ball.

Fixed.

If Bosh found a way to play with LeBron, Love should too.

I would leave if they dont win the ring this season if I was love. He wont get credit if they win and the 3rd option shyt aint cool for the ego. Love is a great white hype, I'll got to Boston and become beloved by them cacs if I was him.

:ld: Dat would be a kinda dumb move tho. Its just their first year together. Dey got too much potential to be a great squad and win a title dese following years if dis current roster stays.

Dis is da most winning he's had his entire NBA career and his best shot at a rang. I don't think dat would be a smart move to dip. :manny:

I'm not necessarily speaking for the fan base about Love. Ownership had been trying for 2 years to get him. Way before the LeBron return.

They love his game.

They're also not really shy about spending money.

I honestly think that most fans are underwhelmed by him in general. They wouldn't want him to walk for nothing though.
