why has hornacek buried gerald?
Only thing I can think of is that Gerald has already indicated that he wont be returning next season so they want to play the young guys. Funny thing is in every game Ive gone to, hes still the first one up in every huddle, keeping energy high and cheerleading the brehs playing.

Oh ya...one-step windmill in socks

goat dunker :manny:

i posted a no shoes between the legs dunk he did in that derrick williams thread. no shoes off like two steps. his dunking ability is not human

that sucks though. i hope gerald finds himself a starters gig somehow next year. i wanna see him shine with 30 mins a game all year. id gladly take him on the celts..we need an athletic wing anyway

Any comments on Curry's game tonight @MGM? :sas2:

Leading his team to victory with 20+ points on 8/18 shooting, ZERO turnovers against arguably the best defense in the league. What's that you say? Curry doesn't step up when players are out like Harden does?

Just a few days ago, against the same team - Harden had 15 points on 23% shooting and three turnovers in a loss.

:sas1:

Harden played Utah on the 2nd of a back to back road game.... In those scenarios #'s like that are bound to happen....But hey, let's not let facts get in the way of your argument

Curry had a good game tonight... But All I'm saying is if he doesn't at least maintain his averages, or someone on the team is averaging more PPG (ie. Harrison Barnes) while Klay Thompson is gone, then he doesn't deserve the MVP over what Harden's been doing all year with the majority of his starting 5, at one time or another, injured.

What the hell is NBA thinking with their scheduling?
They have all the following at 3 or 3:30 and none on national TV:
Bucks-Cavs
Heat-Thunder
Hawks-Spurs
Pelicans-Clippers

The facts?

The facts are Curry led his team to victory against the best defense in the league without Klay and Harden played abysmally against the very same team a few days before in a loss. This is after your dumb ass said he'd fail again without Klay and said Harden wouldn't - that he was the one that could carry his team to victory as reason behind him deserving the MVP.

Harden's been shooting under 40% for the past month, and he was shooting below 40% for the first quarter of the season. He doesn't deserve shyt.

How many games did Barnes outscore Curry? Two games. Two games. I can play that game too -

Role players that have outscored Harden over the past five games:

Josh Smith, Donatas Motiejunas against the Suns
Donatas Motiejunas against the Magic
Corey Brewer against the Jazz

So going by your logic that "Real MVPs don't let role players lead the team in scoring" than I guess Harden isn't a real MVP either.

we play up(or down) to our competition. shyt is frustrating. with that said, it was the right move. tony improves the D and moves w/o the ball better than jeff.

and having tony as a starter forces the others to step up their offensive load, because they're not gonna kick the ball out to him to shoot.
