Hes shooting 41% from 3 since the ASB and has been making jumpers with ease lately, he is elite at creating space too, so is Tatum though.

Must be on low volume/small sample size because his shooting numbers for the year are horrific. His FT is pretty bad for a wing too. Compare to Tatum who's been lights out for most of the year and one of the most efficient rookies.

Tatum's game is definitely more polished than Jackson's and he has a much better first step. Tatum's also much better shooter from free throws, mid-range game and from the 3. And he's younger. Meanwhile, Jackson is shooting 63% from the charity stripe AS A WING (he shot 53% from college). And he's putting up fewer points per game despite a higher usage rate.

Josh Jackson can't shoot. I'm never taking a wing who can't shoot over a pure sniper, especially when the latter has better 1 on 1 scoring ability in the half court and better handle.

Tatum is nice. Josh will be better. And has been better since January. Watch more games

Watched these guys throughout high school, college, and the pros. I've had Tatum ranked higher for a long time now and have seen nothing this season to change my mind.

I've watched them a handful of times and Jackson has been up and down at best. The numbers back this up too. Objectively, he's been considerably worse than Tatum this season. Even the stretch you said he's been better than Tatum in, his percentages are still significantly worse across the board. Outside of his usage being up, there is nothing indicating him being better than Tatum numbers wise. On top of that he's doing all of this on a losing team who's sole purpose this season is developing him and Booker. Tatum is contributing to one of the best teams in the league record wise and has been one of their best players all year.
