Pretty sure other players have but they end up playing more than 14 minutes afterward which I think they didn't count in this stat. So, while impressive, it's a bit misleading I think.

Its definitely misleading, it only counts if you played 15 minutes max the whole game. I'm pretty certain at least Westbrook and Jokic has done this.
