Kuzma is averaging 1.5 more points on lower efficiency and KCP is averaging less points on significantly lower efficiency. If anything, they're performing worse offensively. Not to mention that Bron was out for half the season last year so they both had plenty of opportunities to showcase their respective skill levels.
