any of them lol. even years ago they knew it was a massive problem - that's what made them go for aaron gordon. eventually, they're gonna have to focus on that even more as time goes on because its impossible to hide an exploitable center in the playoffs.

pause at the door :dame: no road games in harlem

Yup mentioned Gordon in the post right before that…he’s a poor man’s version of the ideal type of big you’d want next to him…because the ACTUAL ideal dudes you want…guys like AD, Giannis, JJJ, Mobley…are foundational franchise pieces on other teams that the nuggets have ZERO chance of acquiring

It’s not an easy quandary to solve

their GM and coach suck but they both skate like crazy. even picking up dwight or noel would've been huge

but instead they've been able to say "wait til ______ gets healthy" why they run in circles on offense waiting for jokic to throw everyone open.

Their idea of trying to help solve the solution was bringing in a big with arguably even worse defense in Thomas Bryant :mjlol:

Luka and SGA are putting up nearly identical numbers as Dame is with better team records. The latter is going to be used against him whether it's fair or not.

Numbers alone isn't going to get you First Team All NBA anymore especially when everyone in the league is putting up big numbers as well. It's the same reason why CP3 would make All NBA team over other guys who put up better raw numbers than he did.
One or even both of them is going to miss the playoffs so you can throw that shyt out. And Luka is not a guard. Reggie Bullock has been the starting 2 for the Mavs all season long.

Dame has been flat out better than SGA all year long. If OKC finishes the year as an 11th seed I don’t see how SGA gets the nod over Dame because he’s a seed higher.

58 games is more than enough. You gotta be a guard putting up comparable numbers with a winning record to get placed over Dame and I just don’t see the candidates…

Dallas and OKC are still completing for a play-in spot at the end of the season, while Dame was shut down games ago because they are out of even play-in contention, so yes that should matter. Even Dame himself was talking about shutting it down recently, so it's laughable that he still thinks he should make All NBA First Team over other players :mjlol:

Luka was classified under the guard position in All Star Voting, so he is technically is considered a guard.

This problem is about to solve itself anyways or make it even worse as it just came out that All NBA is about to go to positionless voting anyways.

This Giannis stat was really impressive.

  • 226 players have defended ball handlers on at least 200 drives this season (that's almost half of the league), but among this massive group Jokic ranks 222nd in efficiency, allowing 1.16 points per chance. For context, one of Jokic's main competitors in the MVP race dominates this category. Giannis Antetokounmpo ranks first in this group, allowing 0.79 points per chance.
There you go again, failing to use context on a stat you don't know about.

:wow:
