Middleton, Smart, Brogdon and Holmes are the Wizards vets. Not bad.
The team is so much better with Richaun Holmes playing in place of Sarr. They are so desperate for a rebounding, rim-protecting presence. Holmes has a +12.8 on/off differential. The Wizards are actually just -1.5 per 100 possessions when Holmes is on the floor. That's about as a good as a 38-win team.
