I hope people appreciate what SGA is doing. He's an all-time great player at the peak of his powers this season.
If he doesn't win MVP this year, we riot. Most of this campaign he's had Lu Dort and Cason Wallace in the starting lineup with him. He has a greater offensive burden than Jokic.

You doing too much.
Shai will win MVP, but let's not act like Jokic isn't deserving of the award too. The man is averaging 29 ppg on 63 eFG%, which is unfathomable; he's having arguably the best season of his career.
He carries a greater offensive burden, if only for the fact he's made Westbrook relevant again. Denver's roster is a collective of chuckers or players who can't create their own shot. They're essentially reliant upon him creating offense for them and making them work as a team. As great as Shai has been this season, he's surrounded by a better balance of complementary players, plays in a better system and is part of a more harmonious playing group who don't try to hijack the offense.
Jokic is in constant battle trying to keep his team on the straight and narrow, whilst Murray and MPJ are doing their damn best to color outside of the lines. They're a cotdamn mess whenever he's off the floor, and yet despite how limited OKC is without Shai, they still play as a team.
