Resting their guys is showing what they got in the bench, building chemistry, and showcasing players for potential future trades. Squad looking deep as hell and they play harder than any team in the league. I think you base how active they look on what the full group looks like before just making a move to make it. When you got internal growth and cohesion I don't think you rush to change that, unless it's some obvious homerun shyt.
