I've been on rap messegeboards too long, I've now witnessed multiple generations of this cliche glory days syndrome shyt...after a decade of stuff like cash money, dipset, g-unit, etc. getting incessantly whined about for being mainstream garbage that was destroying hip hop by mid 90's glory dayers, I'm now seeing a new generation of posters who came of age in the aughts waxing poetic about those days and exalting those same acts that were cried about on a daily basis
Somewhere there's a 15 year old kdot/drake/j.cole/wale/spitta/etc. fan who will be making this same exact thread in a decade with names swapped out

random thought; but looking back 2012 wasnt that bad. I mean there were so many BANGERS that dropped that year. Especially in the Summer. GKMC also dropped, Cruel Summer.., Man My IPOD was Workin overtime last year. This year has been alright. Not terrible but not anything special either.
