You missed the inside joke and the sarcasm went right over your head. That's why I didn't tag you.

We get it, you run. Some of us lift and ain't built like twigs. :yeshrug:
Has nothing to do with being built like a twig. I'm not a twig. Running is just a part of what I do to stay active but lazy mfs really believe that you can't be active everyday which is false. Mfs will research excuses why not to workout or do a workout vs actually doing one and discovering what their true limits are. It's one thing to plateau but it's another thing to find out where your true limit is.

I run 10 on the regular now, I literally just ran 10 miles this morning, and I’m just going to say I don’t believe him. Every single day?

I disagree and say you're built like a broomstick. :yeshrug: If you're under 200 pounds and not a manlet, you're a little dude to me. :mjlol:

But posters want to say we probably flabby :laff:

How we supposed to believe you know what you’re talking about when it comes to fitness when you think Money Man runs 70 miles a week :mjlol:

Breh these dudes would literally die trying to run 70 miles per week at a respectable pace. You’d have to also be proficient at recovery just to bounce back. Pros put up 100+ miles a week and they have tons of recovery equipment + a mini team of people helping them and they do 2 runs a day.

Average human running 10 miles in a session would not want to walk around after that. If you can put up 50-60 a week you are above average for sure.

And let’s not talk about the mental shyt needed to pull this off runs 5-6 times a week. These emotionally weak b*stards would kill themselves.

This ain’t easy. I’m around 55 a week. With 15-20 on a long run day (Saturday). It’s not a game.

70 MPW is very doable but not this dude. Now maybe he is doing it slow like 12-15 min pace but I’m skeptical. 12-15 min pace at that distance is a long ass time. You literally heel striking at 15 min pace.
Good shoes make the difference. I can tell when I run in my Nikes vs my actual runner. In my Nikes I feel everything under my feet. In my runners I don't feel anything.

Running low and slow is the key to continuing to run. Every run program will tell you that. You use too much energy then your body doesn't have time to recover and then your next runs are really fukked. You want 75-80 of your runs to be low and slow if your an avid runner. I enjoy race pace but you can't run that everyday.

Some people run then take days off but what they should do is recovery runs. Really low, really slow, that helps you heal and recover faster than just sitting on the couch or laying down for a few days.

All facts. We not even gonna go into the rest of his ducktales. You know how much you’d have to eat to maintain his weight after that? It’s physically not possible. I can tell the people who know science and fitness in this thread.

:salute:

Can we talk about it tho?

Cause that's the best part in my opinion. The legs will do what the legs do, but that mental strength...people don't talk about that. That's like the secret sauce. If cats went on a 21 day run challenge I guarantee it wouldn't be the weight loss, the speed, the distance they'd be like ":whoo:no one told be about the mental strength and clarity."

I never tried running 10 miles most I did weekly in the summer last yr was 6.21 miles around 45 mins of time(personal record time that I’m hoping to beat this summer.) I probably could do 10 :lupe: , but I would have to change my pace or maybe not(well just change the pace for the last km since I usually go all out and finish it in less than 3:30 mins)

Running is the shyt :wow:

You’d be fine. Getting past the 6 mile threshold was when I realized I can run pretty much any distance that I want to commit myself to. Most I’ve put down is 5 half marathons. 6 is my go to on days off and when I go in to work late

Maybe I’ll try it if I beat my personal best of 45 mins that’s my main goal now.

The science of this is over many peoples heads.

At 70 MPW you are basically at an automatic calorie deficit. At his build you’d have to eat like 4x a day and not some little shyt like a salad. Real meals. So how the hell are you getting thru a 10 mile workout at respectable pace (plus water that you need) and knocking out that mileage comfortable — and no gastric issues.

That shyt is impossible breh. Legit runners know when to shut it down for the night when it comes to the food stuff because who is running when they are full? And the booze/drugs thing is another story. It ain’t happening

:yeshrug: I don't know who this guy is though. I haven't seen what he looks like so I can't say whether he does or doesn't. I'm just saying it's not impossible.
