This is something that is very widely known, at least people familiar with the industry, it's not something I advise artists to do, because better to track your natural progression and rise keeping it natural and consistent, plus people that are in tune can see what's real or fake too. It will fool the fools but also not portray a good image to the people in the know. It's better to have 10 thousand real followers that are interactive than 100 thousand fake ones...
