All the fruits have too much sugar especially grapes.

Bananas and apples are cool.

Honey Nut cheerios still has sugar
Get the regular cheerios and cut up some bananas for the sweetness.

I dont see any true vegetables up there,

Corn and frozen anything has no nutritional value.

Get a airpopper and pop your own popcorn.

Are you a great big fat person?
Why did you say "Thick juicy big ones" when it comes to pickles?:dame:

Oatmeal

Don't mess with the flavored Quaker Oats, alot of sugar in it.

Plain oatmeal with a dash of cinnamon and a splash of milk (I use 1% Fairlife Lactose Free. It's higher in protein with half the sugar).

More protein, more fresh greens
Where's the tuna, salmon, spinach?
No cheese nips, tenders, cheerios, corn

I have a 50/50 blend (baby spinach/spring mix) salad every day. My optometrist says that spinach is great for your eyes, too. If u gon go with tuna, I'd go with the Light Tuna. It's lower in mercury content.

While a lot of those fruits like grapes, have "high" sugar, that sugar is in the form of complex carbs, which takes your body longer to break down. These fruits have a lower glycemic index, which means your blood sugar won't spike after eating that fruit and u shouldn't have to worry about being a great being fat person who is about a size 14 :mjlol:

:scust: A size 14 is a fat person.

You know what is crazy I just saw that movie last week to appreciate it better, that actor above did a great job. They show the tag and it says size 14, I guess size 14 back then was a great big fat person, now it is average size. :beli:

Whitefish like cod or halibut (no tilapia or catfish)
Lean cuts of beef
Eggs

Carbs:
Brown rice

Whole wheat bread
Spinach
Bananas

Not to derail the thread but u should watch Manhunter if u haven't seen it. Brian Cox plays "Dr. Lecktor" and may even do a better job Anthony Hopkins :sas2:

U right. Size 14 being average today is :beli:
People ain't out there exercising, running around the West Virginia wilderness like Clarice Starling tryna make it all the way to the F. B. I.

Fruits are good. Just make sure you’re tracking your intake. The carbs and sugar add up for something that’s not even filling
